operated single robot stand alone MIG weld cell used to manufacture assemblies that have
relatively low production. Light curtains and safety
interlocks always ensure the operators safety during production. The fixture
is always designed with tooling specifically designed to hold the
assemblies tolerance. This particular MIG weld cell is ideal for this
due to its relatively low cost, highly efficient output and product repeatability.

the left is a multiple robot MIG weld system integrated with a four-position
dial-indexing table. The
four position dial indexing table moves the components through the different stages of
the welding process so the parts may be welded. The MIG welding system
shown is integrated with a piercing and metal forming system that is used to prepare the product prior to the welding. The entire system is used
to manufacture a Front End Bumper Assembly. Whatever the
