Process:

Loading is done in In-feed conveyor, front loading with jog pedal is default, optional side loading is also available.

As first batch is loaded in entry conveyor, automatically will be loaded in the curing oven, during the curing

process, the load will be oscillating back and forward to accomplish even heat, in addition air recirculating (convection) is added to the process to keep equal temperature through out the process.

Once the pre-settled cycle is completed ( typically 10 minutes ), the load is transferred to the cooling station to remain for a period equal to the heating preset cycle.

During this cooling period, the oven can be loaded with another batch.

Upon cooling cycle completed, the load is transferred to the exit conveyor.

Batching the loads will ensure the load is getting the right amount of heat at the same time
